Hm...seriously if you not planning to get an amp, you might as well get ksc75. MS-1 is easily drive loud, but they would sound a bit flat. Unamped the ksc-75 is nicer to my ears. Using the headphone out of the psp to drive ms-1 is just plain s*ck.
*
thx, i probably will get an amp...and i don't mind to stuff it in my pocket sweat.gif , i already tried MS-1 on PSP and yeah, just like what u said, unless i amp it.

i can't find ksc75 over here sweat.gif even on local web. I just found SR60,SR80 and SR225 and MS-1 on local web (with free delivery w00t) and most of headphone they sell (internet or shop) is seinhaiser (i doubt about it). I probably prefer portapro over ksc75 and i can't find one (unless im at MY right now - theres plenty of it thumbup.gif)

personally, an upgrade of headphone instead would probably yield better results than adding an amp IMHO.

state ur budget, usage(movies, music, gaming) kind of music u listen to, source (PC, ipod, discman etc etc) to get good recommendations.

well then I just follow what pro recommand me.Dun want to menyesal kemudian hari flex.gif

I usually listen to music whatever i use my headphone(prefer using speaker for gaming and watching movie).I frequently listen to j-pop and some rock songs and yeah, the source will be my PC.

Anyway my friend recommand me to buy Grado SR60 and he can get me one of those soon. Can this headphone can satisfy me to the limit where I willing to spend Rm600 for another headphone next time? cool.gif

Wait I forgot to mention about the budget.Since my friend can get me that grado headphone for Rm320.So my budget will be around Rm320

Hard to justify which is the best actually. Because, when it comes to those really hi-end stuff, I'd say preference come into the picture. wink.gif

PM Leviathan, he plans to sell his SR80 around that price. New one is close to RM400.

SR60 and SR80; the 80 has stronger bass. SR80 comes with bowl pads whereas the 60 comes with flats.

It may have everything, but sound signature is more to preference. If I'm not wrong, those high end from shure, ety, westone, superfi or whatever you name it, if they don't suit you then nothing to say already right? Not like I've heard them though tongue.gif

@hitman: your friend tipu you ar? Should be able to get less than rm300.

I found the Grado SR60 & SR80 at City Square.. I started my research at AMpang point. I dunno wat it called..The one near McDonald.. then asked an audio shop boss..he told me Across the bridge. Third floor of City Square.

After 1 hour, i finally spot the shop.
And.....The shop was closed.  I was so excited to see Grado SR60 & SR80 at the display window. Just one inch distance i can hold the headphone..

But Grado SR 60 price tag at RM289....heee.. Grado SR 80 is RM 430 ....
SO big variance price.

p/s: So, City square was called Old Yow Chuan plaza?
