it was compensation houses for the owners only... doesnt really matter if it really bring down the price... but this still a malay dominated location... so I guess it won't bother too much for malay buyers....

Should be logistic warehouse, the building doesn't looks like manufacturing factory.....

Exit way at Jalan PMD T-junction completed, did it help improve traffic to Jalan sungai Buloh ?

weekend normally also will jam at that part... last weekend totally didnt jam liao... but i guess weekdays wont help much... because still have to jam alot at guthrie to NKVE/Federal exit.... now just one traffic light lesser aje...

yup alot better... normally if wanna go kg subang direction..i will exit thru cahaya spk back roads... now no need already....

around 10-15 mins if not jam... usually when exit no jam one all the way until the T-junction to jln sg buloh.... during peak hours... will start jam from uitm puncak perdana onwards til the T-junction...

Traffic situation during peak hour especially in morning working time, from Hillpark toward T-junction improved after the alternative exit done ? 10-15 mins can clear ?

tak boleh boss... erm... u can exit PMD faster... but this cause jln sg buloh more jam because now big volume of car entering into the road without traffic light control....
