my conti tyres tahan jor more than 3 years before tukar... i think still okay gua... but cannot use those premium specs tyre la... not worth it on the roads there... so many developments and construction...

That parcel of land I think is not belongs to EW. Should be some other land owner. But based on outside looks, macam some logistic warehouse.....

If the price is "affordable", then residents here no need fly car to Meru to changes for tyres d.....haha.....

actually to change tyres in PA or Saujana Utama... its way cheaper than the cities... for the same brand, same model, same size tyre... haha... even offering the same package of balancing, alignment, nitrogen gas and etc....

i usually visit a tyre shop at saujana utama as its nearer to me... but i dont really rmb its name... just remember the shop owner and workers are all chinese aje... lol... and they mainly sell conti tyres....

not bad arh... alot visitors... other than tyres... they also sell alot of accessories and installation services... which is just in line with what the majority local needs... tukar rim, tambah LED, tukar ekzos with loud noise etc... the chinese hair saloon inside alam jaya... super good business somemore... majority customers are bumi... here everyone live with an open mindset with each others one...

If like this I think is good sign la......this area just need more pipu "willingly" to move in and stay, then commies will slowly getting improve once population is getting bigger.

Actually few time pass thru Saujana Utama their commercial area, actually is not that bad.....at least u can see cars and pipu around, and their shops not really empty and quiet.......

generally there is no any worry about basic amenities... just that if u need pork need go meru, setia alam to procure... otherwise the rest are all within the town... with more population comes in... more businesses will be open also... the public parks at hillpark always full of ppl during evening time also...

Indeed man. Now I am waiting for their connecting road between Elmina Green to Saujana Utama is open (If SDP is more than generous to open for public access for that road), as I think Elmina residents will have another alternative to travel to Saujana Utama for the basic amenities apart from Denai Alam. in the same time, Saujana Utama, Hill Park and EG residents can use this Elmina Green road to connect to Elmina Valley direct out to Guthie highway (Just to save the Gutherie tolls). Just hope the dream of mine will become reality as soon as it can.
