RT-AC86U doesn't need cooling fan as it runs way cooler than RT-AC68U

WTF GDEx? This is for the cooler fans for my router
1st they shipped to the wrong branch
Then they marked my item "Refused to accept" whereas they don't even tried delivering the item to me

Last time I used RT-AC68U I was on UniFi 100Mb/s
I can get 100Mb/s just fine on 5GHz
Even some devices where their 2.4GHz WLAN receivers can support 150Mb/s & 300Mb/s I can still get 100Mb/s in SpeedTest
Although I do set the 2.4GHz channel bandwidth to 40MHz, not 20MHz
And I set the 5GHz channel bandwidth to 80MHz

That's just a lazy man's excuse

1 guy refuses to buy from Taobao because he's worried about warranty and loss of items during shipping
And another guy refuses to buy from Toabao because he simply doesn't know how to buy from there

That AC adaptor is correct but it's possible that the AC adaptor you received is faulty (yes, even if it's new)

Which region in the "Wireless > Professional" settings did you use?

Go to a place where you can only see 2 out 3 bars (or 3 out 4 bars) on your handphone / tablet
Then change the region to Australia
Once the router finished rebooting, test the place where you you see the 2 out of 3 bars again

I've tested all the regions and found out Australia works best for me

I'm using Pocophone F1 & iPad Air 2. In the kitchen, they can only get 3 out of 4 bars before I change the region
After changing the region to Australia, I get full 4 bars in the kitchen
Also previously my Pocophone is showing the wireless speed of 390Mb/s in the kitchen. But after changing the region, it increases to 560Mb/s (Maximum for Pocophone F1 is 866Mb/s)

Yes. But you can change the language to English after the initial setup

LAN > IPTV > Select ISP Profile > UniFi Home
Or if you don't use the HyppTV at all, just choose UniFi Business

**My screenshot might be a little bit different than yours because I'm using GT-AC5300

Assuming you're using UniFi / Maxis Fibre, are you on VDSL or FTTH?

I'm out of ideas then
Try to flash the latest Merlin and check the temperatures

Also, try to change the ethernet cable connecting the BTU to router
