Just finished a call with DHL department
Unfortunately, the item will not be delivered today
I asked them if I can self collect the parcel today at the DHL E-Commerce Puchong site myself & they said it can be done
They will proceed to pass my item to the receptionist so I can collect from there starting from 2PM until 5PM

Luckily Puchong is on my way back to go home so it's easy for me to collect from there

Have you tried using a different ethernet cable?
Also, try and plug back the original TM router to see if you can get gigabit ethernet on the WAN port or not

As Vernon91 mentioned above, try to disconnect the ethernet cable from the WAN port on your router then connect your BTU directly to a PC
See if it's showing 100Mb or 1Gb

That bug only applies to RT-AC1200G+

I bought & uses 3rd party AC adaptors for 2 reasons:
1. I like to keep the original AC adaptor unused, so easier to convince the buyer that the router is still new
2. Because I like to use AC adaptor that provides higher amps, so whenever the router request for extra power, the AC adaptor can definitely provide it

Yes, it's safe to use to use a 3rd party AC adaptor that supplies the same voltage at higher amps
What you can't do is use a 3rd party AC adaptor that supplies higher / lower voltage but with lower amps
