by the book and technicality they were right and follow all terms and conditions , but there's such thing called " Customer service" which they fail for me.

I bought some accessories and parts at their store, the guy in the counter is nice but after sales service is bad.
I tried asking questions and get warranty but all i faced was 3 weeks processing etc. delay which could've have been resolved if they could've been more responsible and caring to their customers.

Yes Lazada Cancel orders like thousand time a year i guess.. I kena few time cancel by Big company like Loreal Malaysia and Reckitt Benckiser(the one who sold dettol durex etc). Just complain to the Lazada FB page. They replied fast there and usually give u Sorry Voucher.Got one time they(Lazada) issue me 5xRM20 Sorry voucher. End of case. Don't need to public shaming a private seller or company just because an order was cancel at Lazada.com

According to Consumer Protection Act wrong price need to be fulfilled also.

Those sorry voucher is like a bribe for you to shut up your mouth from complaining to authority.

There are already laws and enactments in place to prevent sellers from dishonouring price mistakes after payment is made

This is basic contract law , Intention, Consideration and Acceptance and whether the contract is formed or not.

Those that claim Lazada T&C allows them to do so is ignorant of the law

Law > T&C

In America or Australia, people would hire lawyers or go to the Consumer/Small Claims Court to uphold consumer rights

We can do the same but our culture and people dislike going through these processes, there's KPDNKK and consumer tribunal as well as hiring lawyers to sue.

I'm saying if I was the buyer, I might have laughed at it as well.

And if I was the seller, I might have laughed as well, but I'm going to say, it's not the best option, but sure you can still go on with it. And continue on with the sale

Still so many here jilat lingloong. No wonder these kind of sellers are king. But as time goes i believe these macai wont be able to defend their master anymore. How long are you going to keep buying stuff from them anyway. We should educate those new comers in pc building community to avoid these irresponsible sellers. Better go buy in all it or lowyat plaza or digital mall

As I said earlier I personally didn't find it amusing, but I might have chuckled if I was in his shoes, and might have just played along if he did that

But I wouldn't get worked up over it, because it's not worth it

Maybe I have friends that do shiet talking but they are the most helpful people in the world.

That said it would be great if sellers were tactful and kind ofc. But that said, no one's perfect, so I get by.

Yeah that said I have many my own experiences over these kinda issues.

So in that regard, also speaking from experience

Sometimes people having bad day, saying something positive helps instead of making things worse.

Sometimes gotta let it go etc

This is advice for head sight just saying

Edit: just today got conversation for a certain request, the person got very irritated over my questions

I said sorry for me being slow to understand, please be patient with be as I'm trying to grasp the issue.

The person straight away change in tone

Who do you think preparing company t&c, overview it and maintaining it? Don't like the t&c don't sign up. Don't use their platform. Go Amazon. Which they have their own set of t&c as well, which is also prepared by lawyer.

Hate people with self entitlement and think that everyone who do business is owing them the world. Worst bunch of customers. Business is after all willing seller willing buyer. Supposed to be win win for both party. Hope they realize that beside being a consumer they are also working for someone else irl serving other people / consumer.

Respect other like how you wanted to be respected.

Your clients/customers isn't always right. Same goes to you when you're a consumer/ customer to other doesn't mean you are always right. Respect others terms of conducting their businesses. Don't like it no one force you to be their users.

Point 1 (dotatech made) how could u blame price system glitch when (as in picture attached) mr/mrs ERICH L. asked ur shop "Still got stock? Any changes in price?" AND UR SHOP ANSWERED AS IN PIC ATTACH.
Seriously are ur shop blind to see the price even after answering ERICH L. question?

2 DAYS BEFORE MY PURCHASE. Back then, even mr/mrs ERICH L. 's question showed he/she want CONFIRMATION about the price.
still want blame lazada glitch?
