The customer service is nothing to shout about, the same experience you can get at LYP or Digital Mall, but their prices are generally higher a little hit.

If you can DIY, you can get cheaper from Shopee/Lazada.

if nothing goes wrong, their product price is good and delivery is fast. but if need send back for warranty/repair, you are on your own. they will not reply you in either chats/whatsapp.

Shopee usually cheaper but then refund/cs lazada is miles better. Lazada as long as item not yet shipped out/picked up by courier, the refund is immediately refunded into your account. Shopee? slowly wait and go beg at live chat
