I know that feel. 7 years, all went down the drain. Not making things any better is the fact that she left for a close friend of mine. Took me close to two years to get over it.
Kept blaming myself for it, until I finally realised that she intentionally chose to harbour every single mistake that I've made - even the incredibly trivial ones - just so that she could use them as a reason to leave.

Men are trash! Lol. It'll take time before you can move on. Maybe months, maybe years. But do enjoy this heartbroken stage. When I was in the same situation with yours, I watched a lot of romance film. You'll not just watch the film, you'll feel it. And oh listen to songs too. You'll able to relate to almost every sad song. Yes it'll be sad but trust me when you've moved on you'll think back about all of these time and smile.
