I know that feel. 7 years, all went down the drain. Not making things any better is the fact that she left for a close friend of mine. Took me close to two years to get over it.

Kept blaming myself for it, until I finally realised that she intentionally chose to harbour every single mistake that I've made - even the incredibly trivial ones - just so that she could use them as a reason to leave.
