I think so. Maybe because 27" demand more hardware capability thus make it hard to sell.

Thats why I still choose CRT over LCD, but where to find widescreen CRT meh? tongue.gif And if you have balls like me do like what I do... When I bought my HDTV, It has 1 dead pixel and S-PVA panel. I dont mind but after 2 weeks 2 more dead pixel appears. I so mad I bash the screen so hard it flashing 4 to 5 times then it goes blank. Then I turn off the power switch, turn it on and it can only display for 5 to 10 minutes before its turn back off. At first I scared but I tell the shop it suddenly behave like that and luckily they accept it. And now no dead pixel so far and S-IPS panel too! thumbup.gif  biggrin.gif

yupp.. correct. sniperwolf already highlighted it to me. i'm currently reading comments from other forums on the benq performance - got so many ppl angry on the 241w due to overlap thingy  sweat.gif . Then i'm also reading on LG's 246 and Samsung's 245 models as well. Both can do 1:1 mapping as benq.

Anyone here using LG 246 and Sammy 245 LCD already? Please provide some reviews.

Some err.. old news smile.gif

""Finally", many screen experts are saying. The 22 inch will longer be reserved to TN technology, with its panels being juggled from one manufacturer to another, its poor inferior viewing angles, etc. Lenovo has just unveiled the L220x, the first non TN 22 inch, wide gamut (!) and Full HD! Its panel can now display 1920 x 1200 points instead of the usual 1680 x 1050."

"Samsung SyncMaster 245T : the first PVA wide gamut panel with MPA technology, and artificial screening competing with BenQ's solution. In addition, there are multiple video inputs including HDMI and YUV, a 4 port USB hub, here again a vertically adjustable base, and it can be rotated and pivoted."

why do computer monitors have 1200 horizontal lines for Full HD while LCD TVs have 1080?

both have 1920 vertical lines tho, they are still widescreen each right? or at the comp monitors 16:10 over 16:9?

Added on September 27, 2007, 5:25 amyes, i can confirm that i am correct.

1920/1200 = 16/10 while 1920/1080 = 16/9
