Tarak cp but fully furnished

expecting the worst from this developer

why?

so far macam tak ada complaints from their vped homes......

I am one of the vped unit. Logged 100 hundred of defect, and that's still like 'one eye open one eye close' mentality d. Including water leaking

The worst of them is the management office. Not sure what are they doing, never bother to execute house rules. Call never pick up, unaware of sop etc. It given a feeling of they are all new, just clock in to work for 9-5.

Common cleanliness are not taken care, floor etc can leave non clean for days till week

5k renovation deposit, 500 per contractor pass. That's the most expensive reno deposit I have heard off. I still take it OK since the area is new and they probably want the owner/contractor to be more careful during renovating. But things turns to very ugly when AK took 2-3months to return the deposit after reno completion. Something very suspicious there

Surprisingly not many people complaint about the workmanship in here or fb or other social media....

Maybe buyers in this home category are more 'accepting'....

Come on la...u think nowadays buyers are stupid is it? Everything will be listed down black and white. If the buyer is interested, why need to tell lie? Just explain everything and then depends whether they want to buy or not.

SPA is standard.....those extra items wont be included in SPA.

all so called 'free items' will be in separate letter not in SPA and DMC.

later developer will write and inform all buyers that these items will need additional x months to be installed, on top of the agreed VP time line.

AKTH if you are agent, you should well aware of such arrangement.
