SPA is standard.....those extra items wont be included in SPA.
all so called 'free items' will be in separate letter not in SPA and DMC. later developer will write and inform all buyers that these items will need additional x months to be installed, on top of the agreed VP time line. AKTH if you are agent, you should well aware of such arrangement. |
