The worst of them is the management office. Not sure what are they doing, never bother to execute house rules. Call never pick up, unaware of sop etc. It given a feeling of they are all new, just clock in to work for 9-5.
Common cleanliness are not taken care, floor etc can leave non clean for days till week
5k renovation deposit, 500 per contractor pass. That's the most expensive reno deposit I have heard off. I still take it OK since the area is new and they probably want the owner/contractor to be more careful during renovating. But things turns to very ugly when AK took 2-3months to return the deposit after reno completion. Something very suspicious there
