Buying price of studio unit is more expensive than hotel room but Airbnb rate is cheaper than hotel room?!

if airbnb could charge higher than hotel room for similar category, mean hotel branding and management is useless.

any updates on AK workmanship? dnt knw can deliver high end project or not

imbi area.. 1 block hotel + 1 block service apartment 465 units, 45 storey, no cp, rm0.6 maintenance, but ff

i when to... seem not bad. the sales seem not bad too.. type c left 5-6 unit only.. facing TRX habis d. but they only open till lvl 27.

investors just need t be mindful if they are buying for the sole purpose of Airbnb.

4yrs waiting is a long time to wait for law to change to keep up with short term tenanting.
