any updates on AK workmanship? dnt knw can deliver high end project or not imbi area.. 1 block hotel + 1 block service apartment 465 units, 45 storey, no cp, rm0.6 maintenance, but ff  |

i when to... seem not bad. the sales seem not bad too.. type c left 5-6 unit only.. facing TRX habis d. but they only open till lvl 27.

investors just need t be mindful if they are buying for the sole purpose of Airbnb.
4yrs waiting is a long time to wait for law to change to keep up with short term tenanting.
