If the above sounds familiar, it's on No.26 of the 64 DBKL controversial land deals.
Land was first sold to Iconic Paragon, then IP turned into AK Star, subsequently plans to JV with DBKL to develop 2 blocks of service apartments.

Hearsay already start collecting cheque. Amount 10k booking per number.
As usual AK style of booking.
First submit cheque, first queue number.
On launching day in 2019, according to your number go and pick which unit you want.

Guess this is private own land right? Nothing to do with kunan or DBKL selling the land to AK at a cut down price.
Oh and finally no RUMAHWIP combo. Should be the first of no-affordable-home-attach project for AK.

I think the agent got confused with the projects there and came up with a wrong "presumed" project name. As per my post above, AK's project is in green while the Bintang Palace redevelopment should be in yellow.

Nope. I dont think is the wrong project. Coz the booking cheque written under the name of AK Star Sdn Bhd.
So it is for the AK project.

AK Star is correct, green plot is correct, but the name Bintang Palace Residence is definitely not correct. Bintang Palace land's redevelopment is by Shanghai City, not AK. Both are different projects situated beside each other.

Ooo i see. I dont think got any official project name yet.
The agent must have just market it on their own as "Bintang Palace" just to pinpoint out the location for those interested to look up on google map.
