Hearsay already start collecting cheque. Amount 10k booking per number.
As usual AK style of booking. First submit cheque, first queue number. On launching day in 2019, according to your number go and pick which unit you want. Guess this is private own land right? Nothing to do with kunan or DBKL selling the land to AK at a cut down price. Oh and finally no RUMAHWIP combo. AK Star is correct, green plot is correct, but the name Bintang Palace Residence is definitely not correct. Bintang Palace land's redevelopment is by Shanghai City, not AK. Both are different projects situated beside each other.So it is for the AK project. |

Ooo i see. I dont think got any official project name yet.
The agent must have just market it on their own as "Bintang Palace" just to pinpoint out the location for those interested to look up on google map. |
