Looking at rm1500++ psf, price point wise they are not the cheapest, (consider AK past projects normally they could standout due to they could offering one of the cheapest in those area).
similar pricing i got more choices than this project in KL city center.

workmanship wise i dont think ppl tend to put more confidence in this developer anymore.
if they cant manage well with low cost affordable home, dont expect they can do better in high end property.

the only highlight to shout is "5 minutes walking distance to pavillion"

I think so far AK projects 2 are very OK

1) Sentulmas
2) Holmes + Razakmas


Both are by Main Con AXVENTURE

Cheaper new launch my friend...

Almost all old and ready apartments cant matcb new launch prices.....

Scarletz so far away....not even can be considered bb properties.

Dunno which one is ceylons
