You need to enter your card information first, so you need to bid it somehow. It will not be enough to do all that within a minute. I tried it before, 3 minutes before 23:59:58, but someone put the winning bid rightly at 23:59. No time to react after I know mine was pushed 2nd, clicking the enter bid does nothing. Haha.

I never participated in the e-bidding before.
Do you mean 3 minutes also not enough time to key in the price and submit?

3 minutes is minimum if you put your first bid since you need to enter your credit card details and get approval from your bank using TAC or OTP codes. Suggest to put a lower bid first, get everything done and put the highest bid during the last minute. The subsequent bid on the number doesn't require you to enter your card details or getting bank approval.

Every single number you want to bid, you need to do at least two transactions, one to pay the RM10, second to put the minimum bid. After you put the minimum bid, the next amount you bid doesn't require you to enter CC details etc.

Thank you very much for your valuable input.
This only works on the final day near closing time.
What if on the final day, I made a bid in the morning.
Log in again at night to check on the bidding, and found someone bidded higher. Do I have to input my CC details again for the final bid?

Can I sign up for e-bidding and see how much people bid for the number 1?

Not sure e-bidding is better or e-tender is better?

1. Subsequent bidding on the same number, you don't need to enter any CC information.
2. You can't see how many people bidding on the same number. You can only show your position on the current bid.

That's from my experience bidding on two different biddings. Wasted RM10 on few numbers to check on how low was the bidding on those numbers too.

I got one running number (4 digit) from VDN, lost in special 2 digit number for VDP. Since I've registered my car, no more looking for a new number now. smile.gif

You won't believe how much people are willing to pay for a number plate smile.gif No wonder they managed to haul in millions from each open bid.

I followed some of the tenders last time.
Eventually when I change car, I transferred my old number to the new car.
Recently I bought another car, have to tender a number for it. No e-bidding yet that time.

Check the inbox, you should've the letter ready for download by now. If not, wait for a while. During my VDN bid, it went out at 5AM the next day, for VDP bid, the unsuccesful bid result out by 11AM.

err.....
the tender process for RAC was closed on January 22 2019
During that time perlis was on RAB 2000s-3000s

Average (not precise)
~2k number per month
RAC started maybe May 2019

Did not see any schedule for Perlis tender at

http://www.jpj.gov.my/web/main-site/tender-no-kenderaan

I also can't be sure of whether they already open tender for RAD or not

by approximation RAD is slated to open Sep ~ Oct 2019 tot he general public

Very hard to say

For BPX end tender at 6 May 2019, and during that time are running BPW

then on 13 May, BPY tender starts and ends at June 24
by that data, it should be open by now, but it has ?not?
