Dear all,
Have a doubt here.
I owe a KL plate car, ownership has been transferred to me.
Then I intend to bid a Johor running number from mysikap.
Options are I buy a motorbike (must it be brand new?) to register new Johor plate.
Then I interchange between my existing KL car and the motorbike?
Can I know how can this interchange be done?
Do my KL car need to undergo PUSPAKOM inspection, tear off all tint etc?
Appreciate if someone may shed some light on this. Thanks
