Received my free AU7000 from Maxis via its 3rd party vendor.

Was enjoying it for a week when the problem start in which i can't switch it on. Tried all the required actions from Samsung site but its still dead. LAter picked up by the Samsung service team and they told me need 1-2 weeks to fix it. Its 2 weeks now and still no reply.

Browsed through the net and found out about 50-80% samsung TV owner will have it. Is it true? Most of it can be corrected by holding the power button for 30 sec and changing remote battery. As for my AU7000, none can be done.

For a new TV to get spoiled just after 1 week without any accident is ranting.gif

Otherwise its really nice to see the AU7000. Maybe its because my first 4k TV. Audio a bit less powerful. May need a sound bar later.

I don't think the "50%-80%" statistic is true or else Samsung don't need to sell their TV already.

I have bought an AU9000 for my parents a few months ago, so far din encounter any issue (and hopefully it won't).

correction : Samsung did eventually bring S95B to the MY towards the end of the year of 2022.

You sure you get AU7000 from Maxis. They is no free TV from Maxis. You need paid at least RM 1 for 3 years.

2nd thing this TV sound is shockingly good where soundbar is not that required.

3rd 50% to 80% faulty? This is over accelerated and unrealistic. Where you get this statistics? Did you know the company can actually sue you by simply release false news. Also if this is the case, Samsung already get sue like nobody business and I don't think Samsung will ever manage business anymore

Just received my TV, 3 days ago. Hopefully its good for at least 2-3 years haha. Told that the problem was the LCD. Imagine sending a 60 inch LCD to fix a TV to Sabah/Sarawak. Would be better if they just replace it with a new TV. Any way...

Yes, its Rm1 per month, so its still almost free compared to the original price of the TV.

2ndly, i was asking if the statement is correct(this 50-80% thingy). You can try google or search in youtube about this problem. Quite a lot of response meaning that is NOT uncommon.

About the sound quality, I noticed a lot of difference from my old Sony TV. Relax. If its great for you, then I'm good about it. In my opinion, it would be better with a soundbar.

It is consider very good for such low budget TV. Off course with Sound Bar will be much better, but as a TV speaker it is far better at least it is far far better than my LG C9 rich cost more than it.

Hello! I have a Samsung QN95B NEO QLED 65", 2 week old (practically new) letting go for RM 9,500. Very clean panel with minimal DSE.

Selling because it can't fit in my frame at my new house so I'm downsizing.

If anyone is interested, drop me a message!

I'm interested in getting the Samsung 43 inch 4k AU8000. Currently I'm offered a deal for TV with 5 years insurance RM 2180 l. Is this a good deal? Will prices go down again? Not sure if I should take this deal or wait to buy after new year.

Hi, i'm having trouble picking a TV since there are so many models. It will be mainly for my parents, so i think 4k is good enough. Is it better to get from Senq or Harvey Norman? For Senq, the only benefit to me is the extra 1 year warranty.

Based on the online stores, QNED is at least RM5k+ for 65"

Want to ask, did speaker on 50 inch on QN9b does not support Dolby Atmos? If not too bad since 55 inch not available in Malaysia and too expensive to get 85 inch
