You can but with OEm software, once it's installed, it only works for that particular machine.

because OEM license are specifically for the usage of one machine. You can't install it to other machine eventhough you have already uninstalled it from the first machine. That's my understanding towards OEM license. Correct me if i am wrong.,

Quite correct. And you can't make major hardware changes either or the OS won't accept them.

OEM license are for system builders only. And i read it somewhere that it's illegal for us to get it. But I do not wish to discuss further about the legality issue.

Hardware changes are normally allowed in terms of the RAM, HDD etc. But where it comes to motherboard, once you change it, windows will detect it as a computer change and you will not be able to activate it online. You'll have to do so through phone and state your reason. There's a limit on how many times you can "change" your computer IMHO.

But it applies only for OEM software. Full original software does not have this limitation.
