because OEM license are specifically for the usage of one machine. You can't install it to other machine eventhough you have already uninstalled it from the first machine. That's my understanding towards OEM license. Correct me if i am wrong.,

OEM license are for system builders only. And i read it somewhere that it's illegal for us to get it. But I do not wish to discuss further about the legality issue.
Hardware changes are normally allowed in terms of the RAM, HDD etc. But where it comes to motherboard, once you change it, windows will detect it as a computer change and you will not be able to activate it online. You'll have to do so through phone and state your reason. wahaha... some got probs some got beautifull machine like me....
