Try this: always fill full tank and record the "calculated"(distance/amount of fuel during refueling) fuel consumption(not based on meter). Do this for about 5 times and see whats the difference between the fuels. Currently I'm using BHP because of cashback and free water.

First batch affected. Can claim for free cuz last time they release memo already but most places unless customer complain then they change because need to paint the sensor also.

Does it affect the original ECU or need some tuning/piggy back ? -So far people say dont need unless u want to be super precise then go for it.
Does the engine check light lights up constantly after upgrading stroker kit ? -Havent heard of those complains before.
Any dyno result before and after ? -No dyno graph to show but I have dynoed a 1.3 and 1.6 before for the charts.
Fuel consumption before and after ? -Should be higher since higher displacement.

Most importantly, still maintain the stock look in engine bay ? -No way to see from outside the engine.
Can tell without dismantling the engine ? -Same as above.

Not sure on the CVT part as I drive a manual but u can check the service book to see past services. Also can check with proton on the previous owners servicing as the records will be stored with them if they have sent it to proton.

Afaik the loss of use should be for all insurance. Amount is fixed thou based on engine size.

Personal opinion: good enough car for daily drive. City drive 1.3 is sufficient unless you are often carrying >2 people/cargo then better get the 1.6. FC wise is not great neither is it bad. CVT has a lot of complains but u gotta test to see if ur ok with it. MT is good. Dashboard rattle(can be rectified with ip kit free from proton). Engine and other problems for me are minor. Engine didnt have issues apart from the occasional weak crank. Other systems rarely happen(2nd or 3rd time through out a 3-4 year ownership I got airbag light but it goes off when restarting the car).

Check service manual if its always serviced on time/ missed service intervals. Other than that u can reference youtube for ChrisFix's 3 part video on how to buy a used car and EngineeringExplained's video on signs you shouldn't buy a used car.

I have problem 1 too. I will twist the key and leave it to crank until starts then I will lightly step on the gas to raise the revs because sometimes the car starts and stays around 4xx-5xx rpm.

Use fuelly. First time it wouldnt measure as theres no record to measure against. Fill full tank then each time u refuel u fill in full tank. In the app just record ur odo reading and amount of fuel u pumped.

IMHO CVT best keep it stock because the sound is gonna be drony due to CVT characteristics. Theres no upshift sound and such. Heard straight pipe city before and it really sounds weird.
