yes after first purchase its refunded to your paypal acc

Paypal will refund it to your Paypal account, AFTER you made your first purchase. Not refund to your Maybank a/c.

continue to enjoy the annual fee free Maybank ATM/VISA Debit Card with ONLY 4 free cash withdrawals in any Maybank ATM each month. RM0.50 will be charged for the 5th withdrawal onwards for that particular month.
