Astro installer is coming later to change our basic decoder to Ultra Box. Few months later for my own house.

I was waiting at home for whole day and the installer didn't turn up! The worst thing is he is uncontactable, calls were not picked up, WhatsApp messages were not read.
Complained to Astro and Astro also tried contacting him but couldn't get him as well. Then our unit is already issued and if I didn't hear it wrongly, he has taken the unit hence other installer cannot jump in to install for us. I'm so disappointed by this whole experience. Can't really blame Astro but I really hope Astro can take action against this installer. I don't mind changing time or anything, but please at least pick up the phone! Unless if it is due to emergency situation, I don't think I will be silent for this issue and will definitely pursue further. Now I'm not really sure when only I can get the Ultra box installed... |

okay. seems like that guy... u know what.. he does work like those delivery guys... take all the "orders".. then slowly delivery it.. by giving excuses... like rain, no one at home, not picking up phone (customer) etc. |

Just wondering, paying astro at 7eleven got surcharge or not? bcoz i paid last month, no surcharge. i thought they going to have surcharge for 3rd party payment channel.
