Thank you for your info However, when I click buy now for Astro aod channel right, it shows that it is part of the entertainment+ plan RM28 We have yet to subscribe sooka cuz this week was so hectic haha
Oh yeah I got the old info already haha.
Before this AOD & Jade were exclusive to Premium Plan. Now got sooka TV Stick, Entertainment+ Plan was introduced.
If I'm not mistaken, TVB channels are considered "Premium" channels, which you'll need to subscribe to Premium plan to watch those channels. Entertainment tier, I don't think it's eligible for TVB channels including Astro AOD.
I might be wrong... If anyone here subscribed to Entertainment tier of Sooka plan, do confirm on this.
Entertainment+ Plan got AOD now, as well as previously exclusive Premium Plan channels, excluding Astro Cricket.

the multiroom RM14.90 price is only for the first 3 months. Can anybody confirm on this? Their original price is RM29.99. I remember previously they used to extend that promo price of RM14.99 so many times, until I can't keep track anymore Anyone here still subscribed to Multiroom Smart TV can confirm?
But even if it's only 3 months, pay the original price of RM29.99 / month is still cheaper than you get a new Multiroom (Box) or even new Astro subscription, so....
It’s still RM14.99. Last time heard January 31, 2024, was the deadline of the promo price.
But nothing happened, still paying the promo price mentioned.
May I know what are the difference between HBO Go & HBO Max? HBO Max has more content?
HBO Max, or simply Max, is the home of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD)’s catalogue of cable TV content. The content includes other popular channel brands beside HBO: CNN, Cartoon Network, Discovery, Food Network, etc.
For now, HBO GO offers limited content from other WBD channels. It primarily focuses on HBO Original shows & movies, besides the latest blockbuster films.

Awesome TV really needed Astro platform... Because their viewership is like 70% from Astro itself... And their ads $$$ also highly depends on the viewership numbers.....
Somehow they would likely make another U turn fast...
Awesome TV’s EPG on Astro website seems to continue broadcast after tomorrow.
TV3 Malaysia started broadcasting in HD quality on October 1, 2019. This transition was part of Malaysia's overall switch from analog to digital TV broadcasts, which was completed by the end of 2019. This move to digital broadcasting allows for higher picture and audio quality, ensuring a better viewing experience for the audience
Ask Media Prima: Why TV3 & others still aren’t getting HD broadcast on Astro.
To recap about the official Paris 2024 Summer Olympics broadcast coverage in Malaysia overall:

Unifi TV: • 17 streaming channels in HD — Unifi TV Box & mobile app • FREE access to all Malaysians (incl. non-Unifi subscribers)

Astro is free to all existing customers. They are also "all in one place" if you're on Sooka/Astro GO.
The biggest drawback is if you're receiving via satellite, you'll be getting 10 only. That includes NJOI.
Multiroom Smart TV app is still unable to stream Astro GO Exclusive channels (DW, France 24), btw. That also includes the upcoming 6 streaming OLY channels.
Anyone watching Paris 2024 on Astro Go? Maybe user issue (I stupid?) but when I try to rewatch badminton live stream (click live play and then bottom left restart button) it doesn’t show Malaysian players even though they just finished playing. It shows other courts.
Or how to watch previous stream? Cos it’s in batches of 3h. Wanna see how ChenToh upset China la
On Astro GO & Astro Arena’s YouTube, it’s just a highlights clip.
You can now stream On Demand by searching “Malaysia in Action Ep 40” on Astro GO.
It's 2nd half of 2024 now, is this still the same? I called Astro CS and they cant seem to be able to give a solid answer, whether or not if we can stream 1080p on web now. A bit sad if i cant stream full HD in 2024 with 1GBps fibre
sooka is the alternative then. Their streaming quality is full HD 1080p 50fps, the same as the Astro Smart TV app.
