Inside is Astro Rania (Ch 112) & Astro Aura (Ch 113). It’s still available as part of Asian Favourites (also incl. Viu Premium & Indian Favourites) if you’re on Entertainment Pack and above.

No Malay Favourites in existence as all flagship Malay channels (i.e. Mustika channels 107 & 108) are on entry-level Primary Pack.

I thought sooka Premium users can watch EURO 2024 without extra cost?

Despite expensive to watch on streaming TV, SPOTV NOW access is cheaper (in terms of PQ & price) than sooka.

I don’t think that will work, unless you’re plug laptop via HDMI for mirroring then can.

Try search on Play Store if you’ve found the “ASTRO” app with pink Astro logo thumbnail. If so, then your Android TV media box is supported.

Mine is supported using Unifi TV Box v2 Hybrid.

Bear in mind, the Astro app on Samsung’s Tizen OS TV got a bit lagging when streaming & scrolling.

I got issues when streaming Live TV. It goes with these scenarios:

- When perform “Play from Start”, it didn’t stream all the way through the end of one supposed program. It’ll crash and “Back to Live TV” all of sudden after 10-15 mins (while that program is 30 mins).

- My Samsung TV is 4K (2022 model). When stream 4K channels (Ch 549, 805), it got green glitch; but doesn’t affect the audio.

My Sports Special add-on now comes with Ch 805 UHD, beIN Sports Connect app, and upcoming live UEFA EURO 2024 content access.

Yes I did add-on Liga Malaysia last December 2023.

I’ve logged in beIN Sports Connect using Astro yesterday, voila. Now can stream the app.

The single big difference is the branding itself: Disney+ & Disney+ Hotstar.

While major content available is the same as normal Disney+, the Hotstar version is also missing other features: IMAX Enhanced, GroupWatch, more language audio & subtitle selections, etc. Even PIN only can be set by one person which concludes all 7 profiles. ONLY a phone number can be used to sign in.

The mystery remains: Why do we STILL get Hotstar?

Hotstar is a streaming brand from India, fyi. Quite surprised to see lesser and lesser Indian content here in Malaysia.

The PQ on Ch 808 is quite pixelated when fast motion; it’s from SPOTV Stadia feed itself. That includes its live streaming as well via SPOTV NOW app (1080p 50fps).

SPOTV Stadia viewers on YouTube aren't satisfied (and outraged) with the way SPOTV Asia handles UEFA EURO 2024 highlights - just short, snippet ones.

Each video description mentions the need to subscribe to the SPOTV NOW app (via UEFA EURO 2024 Pass) to watch the full 30-minute highlights.

Astro offers the same with Astro GO; if you're on Sports Pack/add-on of course.

Well, SPOTV Asia is the official broadcaster. YouTube viewers even want the PIC to be sacked (they even wanted Stadium Astro to do the proper highlights).
