Astro Olympics channels CH787 until CH795 has been removed from the channel list. CH780 and CH786 still remains, showing all the highlights and repeats.

It's a once in every 4 years opportunity get to see Astro creates tens of dedicated channels, and first time ever, I get to see their "additional content" like slow-mo, backstage, scenary, and also the pretty unexpected standby slides and countdown timer from OBS itself. 😂

It's been a great experience tbh...

Not because they're rich. It's because they want to make customers happy, and also a way to self-advertise too.

It turns out OKEY has two feeds on Astro and MYTV at this specific time: 1:30 AM on August 29, 2024.

On MYTV Ch 110, MYTV Mana-Mana & RTMKlik, OKEY is showing the live telecast of the Paris 2024 Paralympics Opening Ceremony.

On Astro & NJOI Ch 146, Astro GO & sooka, it’s showing Kopi Antara Benua instead.

In conclusion, due to no broadcasting rights, Astro viewers via OKEY Ch 146 are unlikely to watch the entire Paralympic Games (be it the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, live Daily Coverage, or Daily Highlights). Viewers can go to https://paris2024.rtm.gov.my to stream the Games alternatively.
