Let's say you'll have to pay more for Primary Pack after the rebate period is over, what do you plan to do?

The process of converting Astro to NJOI are similar as terminating Astro service.

Need to clear all outstanding, can only be done by calling customer service to give them within 30 days notice, and then pay an expensive conversion fee (if I'm not mistaken is RM199).

I search this show on Astro Go using my Android phone and PC (browser), the Play button does appear.

Have you tried search this show on other devices, and see if the Play button appear for this particular show? Or could it be affecting only iOS devices?

Earlier I saw a Facebook post, saying that starting 3rd of May, Astro will stop selling Liga Malaysia RM9.99 add-on, as Arena Bola channels (CH803-804) will move to Family/Primary pack, hence all Astro customers will be able to watch the channels.
In exchange, existing Liga Malaysia RM9.99 subscribers will get all sports channels from CH810-820 permanently (as if like a normal Sports Pack?) and urges people to subscribe to Liga Malaysia add-on now.

For those who want to subscribe, better act fast before they stop selling the addon. Today is already 2nd of May.

Errr nonono... This info is never meant for Sports Pack customers to know in the first place.
Just assume you never know about this at all, doesn't matter whether it's before or after 3rd of May, then your life would be a bit happier.

The confirmation that I got, is the same as what is being leaked on the now-deleted Facebook post from Astro Malaysia Info Fans group actually...
As long the subscribers with the Liga Malaysia add-on continue paying RM9.99/month, they will be getting all Sports Pack channels CH810-820 permanently.

Of course, subscribers feel free to remove Liga Malaysia add-on if they want to (means don't pay RM9.99/month anymore), then they will lose all Sports Pack channels at the same time, and that will be a one-way ticket.
Meaning, you cannot suddenly tell them you want back your Liga Malaysia add-on after cancelling it, just because you regret making that decision anytime in the future.

So, the person that tells you that it's only getting 1 month...
Let's say Liga Malaysia subscribers lose access to Sports Pack channels after 1 month (e.g. 3 June 2024), will they still continue paying RM9.99? What do they get for paying that additional RM9.99 every month, when Arena Bola channels will become accessible to every Astro customer starting tomorrow as it is being moved to Family/Primary Pack?

I've been informed that due to technical challenges, existing Liga Malaysia add-on subscribers will only be able to access Sports Pack channels starting tomorrow (4th May) instead of today.

For now, it is confirmed that Arena Bola channels has opened up to all Astro customers (and NJOI Family Pack too), and the purchase option of Liga Malaysia has been removed across all platforms.

According to Astro's subscription T&C, they can change whatever things they want, at any point of time.
So whether is it "until further notice" or "permanently", the outcome is still the same.
As long when it comes to customer "losing something", customers will still end up disappointed anyway.

In my opinion, Astro customer service agent uses the word "until further notice" is actually to give some "soothing words" to those concerned Sports Pack customers

UPDATE 11:46 PM 2024/05/04: This issue is to be resolved within 24 hours. For now have to enjoy Ch 810–820 via HD Box first.

Assthrow already said "in phases" with no timeline. 
So at their mercy speed to upgrade for you guys.
