This channel is MY feed if not mistaken. Because before astro changed the channel number, it has ch108 indicator in every ad.

When you got no mood to work, you won't have the heart to go and properly read the whole post.

Customer service agents are humans too... Humans do get stressed at work, you know?
You can't expect them to serve each and every customer so wholeheartedly like a VVIP just because you are their loyal customer for so many years or even since Astro introduced in 1996.

But then, if don't answer customer's enquiries also cannot wor... Later customer say they're not professional. So how?
Copy paste answers is the way to go.

They gave wrong answer? Apologise lorr... Say sorry only mah... Apa susah? If customer make noise, then let them make noise lor. Give them the impression that we are there for them.
Once they finish making noise, then we'll get back to business. What customer want? Rebate or free channel preview?
That's how you handle disaster in customer service.

🤯, Astro Go is the leading OTT platform? Sounds like they are making up numbers ?

If want ads free then sub to Netflix lo.... or switch to NJOI and get the same amount of ads

When they opened up Astro Go to all Malaysians (typically non-Astro customers), it is obvious that they want to increase the numbers of users to make it look like a lot.
Maybe that's one of their way to convince the advertisers that "Hey advertisers! Look, there's more non-Astro customers using my Astro Go platform since the MCO. Come advertise your brand with me."

After MCO then for sure got huge dip in viewership

Btw all Astro content are available to non Astro customers?

No lah of course... Content offering are similar to Njoi Now, which has already ceased.
When open the TV Guide, you'll see only these:


The home page of Astro Go for non Astro customers, is like a stripped off version from the full version of Astro Go.


To most people, the first impression will be like "Boring.... "

If Astro simulcasts both SD and HD version of the same channel on Astro Go, it is like streaming 2 versions of the same channel, which is a waste of resources to them.

"HD for free? Yea, we offer HD channel for free on Astro Go platform to non-Astro customers. See? Astro so good, right?"

This year astro not open Ramadhan HD and Raya HD channel like previous year?

Usually astro will open Ramadhan HD channel in fasting month and Raya HD in Raya. But still dont have news about Ramadhan HD channel.
