I advise you to send an email to wecare@astro.com.my and describe all the issues faced when watching the On Demand titles, that occurs specifically on those movies you mentioned, from the Celestial Movies channel.
Instead of describing words like "look like out of focus + (blur) double layer....", you may consider use some of these keywords as a guide/reference:
They might as you to provide a video recording on how that issue looks like, that will be much easier for them to understand your issue.
You can upload the video somewhere (as long they can view the video) and send them as a link in the email.
Example, you can upload to YouTube, and then set the Visibility setting of the video as "Unlisted", and then provide the video link in the email. (Feel free to provide the link to this lowyat forum also, cuz I'd love to watch it too
