I also kena.. sometimes it will shut automatically no screen no sound & thn half hour later my screen turn on back on Astro channel.. I also wonder why (normal channel not UHD)

During outage I also not been affected.. but after MCMC declared the MEMO ,, some of my channel (random) starting can’t watch (sometimes can sometimes cannot)

- 24/06/2021 : 810 can’t watch (Signal quality sudden drop to 20,, sometime will spike to 100 thn drop back to 20. CNR: 14.8 - 15.2)
- 25/06/2021 : 309 can’t watch
- 26/06/2021 : 309, 318, 319, 323, 326, 395, 551, 552, 553, 554, 555, 705 can’t watch (Signal quality 100, CNR: 15.9dB)

Astro's censorship really NOT play play one.
Firstly I thought it out-focus during watching on TV through On Demand, after checking on PC, it is censor & it just a knife!

Guys did you notice when streaming OnDemand Celestial Movies HD, the frame looks very weird, it looks double layer & out focus every several seconds (loop until movie finish).

If watching the live stream Celestial Movies HD, all look fine, but when OnDemand, problems happen.

By the way, im using Ultra Box watching NOT AstroGo.

**Sometimes I wonder, is Astro technician got testing/watching their OUPUT first before releasing to production.
QC/Project Manager is quick lousy, some more AEC audio is always lower than other channels. At least perfect the basic things first.

Maybe need go through their Terms & Condition
Just if Astro want take action, maybe will through the Public IP, since 2 decoder is not from same Public IP.


I just wonder, if we apply the 2nd decoder, can we request the Ultra box with Antenna one or not & can easily bypass or not ....hmmm

You mean, sometimes the quality is in Full HD, and then sometimes the quality drops to SD, is it?
Recently I watch "Infernal Affairs", "Default", "Shock Wave 2", "Olabola" (All Play from On Demand "Celestial Movies", but LIVE Channel Celestial Movies no have this problem"the same title") stream on UltraBox
Before that, I got compare the "Infernal Affairs" on Disney+hotstar and Netflix, cause I thought is an old movie format problem. But these platform all is "in focus" and no have such issues.

But I get the idea on what you're trying to say...

What you've experienced is, the video streaming quality keep fluctuating from HD to SD throughout the movie playback, which affects your viewing experience.

You connect your Ultra Box via WiFi right? Is your Ultra Box placed near to your router, or is it 1 wall away, or few rooms away, or it is placed at different floors? If you can connect a LAN cable from Ultra Box to your router, that will be the best. Otherwise, Astro will put the blame on your WiFi, no matter how much you disagree with that, since they can use the excuse that WiFi signals can be affected by obstructions, interferences and so on, which is not wrong...

In simple words, as long your Ultra Box is connected via WiFi, you are at disadvantage when facing issues like this, cuz Astro will put back the blame on you. What to do? Customer want convenience with WiFi connection mah 😅😅

And what do you mean by "Eat Subtitle"?
Other On-Demand show no have this problem only Celestial Movies(OnDemand), connect direct LAN cable from the router, just beside my router.
Mean every 2 or 3 conversations but subtitles show one of the conversations only.
