Also if you want only sports, Sooka is offering Smart TV subscription too. Since it's now 50FPS, you can get the same smooth image as with using an Astro Box. So yeah, can cancel Astro now

I tested since it has 3 free channels. Arena was 50FPS. Also App version has 3 quality (50FPS max)., while web version is only 2 quality (max 720p 25fps)

Well people who are in CS are also human. Being in the service industry (I am in the education sector), when someone ask you nicely, you tend to be more willing to help that person, compared to say someone that uses crass words. Eh. Not in this case. Even if the whole feed is delayed, Astro delays it further. You can see this when watching anything on SPOTV astro vs SPOTV on UnifiTV.

This was similar with Fox Sports 3 previously., where it was delayed for 5 minutes on Astro compared to UnifiTV.

Which is why Bein Sports 2 is now a purely tennis dedicated channel. That being said, what happens to SPOTV now? It was touted to have tennis license from Fox Sports and were showing some tournaments last year.

The old legacy box I presume? That was discontinued in January 2020, after which you need at least an HD box for Astro to work. It's presume it was due to Astro changing the encoding of it's DVB-S2 signal to AVC (h264) only, and stopped it's MPEG-2 SD broadcast. The old box are so old that it does not support h264.

They already did. In Thailand the badminton coverage on SPOTV was in Thai. Also Fox Sports also did this as MotoGP and F1 had Malay commentary as an alternative languange

Badminton is not shown on SPOTV in Malaysia due to Astro/RTM having the license, so yeah, can't compare that one

I can assure you, even under Plug and Play, Astro is still much faster than most pirated streaming sites. This is due to the pirates themselves need to encode their stream, and the forward it to a bouncing point to mask where they are from, and they bounce it to the actual streaming CDN.

Hence why "selected events". Even in EU, there are not many live sports broadcasted in 4K. Even Dorna has yet to move MotoGP to 4K, since as a Spanish company they don't really see the need for 4K broadcast, compared to the FOM which broadcast F1 in 4K since they are a British based operation

Mine would randomly not get any data and then just throw up error Unable to Playback the Programme. IRE:403, but the spinning wheel would still move. If I change the channel, it would work again
