QUOTE(joshhd @ Jun 18 2024, 09:56 PM) I disagree with this point. The agent can just Close your case without even telling you, and leave your issue unresolved. SPOTV has no direct contact. Believe me. I tried. They have their KPI to maintain... They wouldn't want the higher ups to question them why is this case taking so long to resolve, you see... 🤷♂️ But if you're referring to the SPOTV Stadia channel's unsatisfactory HD picture quality issue, then perhaps contact SPOTV directly instead? You can also tell them that the picture quality you see on SPOTVNOW is also bad, even on 1080p quality. If you go through Astro, you'll have to be prepared with their irrelevant troubleshooting steps, like check your satellite signal reading, check your Internet connection, or even send technician to your house and check. It's going to the pain process if you yourself already know what went wrong here. Issues I have with Stadia are match highlights and full match replays are in 25fps instead of 50. The live feed itself is 50, but for some reason they downgrade the image for replays. And it annoys me since I can't watch the 3am matches live, and would only watch it the next day. And I can confirm this is not an Astro issue as this is the same with SPOTV Now. Also for some reason, for the Clock bar, SPOTV chose to put the country flag. In other feed around the world, they would put the kit colour, which makes more sense for you to know which team is wearing what. Example:- This is SPOTV ![]() This is World Feed ![]() If I wasn't watching from the start, I would not have realised Germany was wearing purple instead of the normal white. QUOTE(maviko @ Jun 22 2024, 09:23 PM) It keeps blinking in and out in SPOTV Now. So I think Astro just take the clean feed. It gets annoying real quick when seeing it blinking. Celaka SPOTV if don't have money don't take Euro coverage laMissing ![]() There again ![]() So SPOTV issue Edit: Astro in comparison. Rarely see this clean without any watermark lol ![]() This post has been edited by linkinstreet: Jun 22 2024, 09:31 PM |

QUOTE(pokemon @ Jun 22 2024, 11:37 PM) Depends. The app is kinda wonky. And as I said, sometimes it just kicks you out giving random errors. Stream can also sometimes just cut off randomly. Also RM30 is only if you're using CelcomDigi. Normal price is RM43, which is similar if you're on Astro without sports pack and want just Euro add on. |

QUOTE(joshhd @ Jun 23 2024, 02:16 AM) You tried toggle between WiFi and mobile data? Still same? I had to manually kill the app and then relaunch it. Thing is that is not something that an average user would likely do, especially on Android TV where the menu is kinda hidden, especially on Android TV 12+, where you have to dig into the settings menu to get to it.Or use someone else's phone that uses different telco than yours, turn on the mobile hotspot, connect it, then see if issue persists? And try clear app cache also? PRSXFENG liked this post

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Feb 5 2025, 10:33 AM) Disney+ in Malaysia slowly is dying... Not only Malaysia la. Disney+ itself in the US is having a hard time. There are too much streaming services already, and most people are reverting to just *cough*Sailing the high seas*cough* for what they want. The contents offering is not very interesting... People moving to others platforms.... Better just give the international version to survive... Then probably people would come back 😔 And Netflix is going to introduce it's new, more expensive rates in the US later this year, so people are getting squeezed by streaming services now. |

QUOTE(Feliex @ Apr 10 2025, 06:48 PM) I just try sooka 1080p without stick one… seem the quality is better than Astro go (TV & Mobile).. don’t know want cut my Astro or not. If you're not watching all the channels on normal satellite Astro, Sooka is a decent alternative. It uses the same backend as Astro GO (Amazon AWS) but with better resolution (1080p 50FPS @4Mbps vs 720p 25FPS @1.5Mbps for Astro Go). I was really tempted to move to Sooka, but they don't have NHK Premium offered |
