I know where you are coming from about able to watch recorded 4k matches when you are free.
But when I said that your request is unique and less common is also true because if you happen to google. Basically no company in the world is providing such service of letting their customers recorded live 4k streams directly on their platform. As Zot mentioned getting a video capturing card to record is another story al-together. Even worst is that 4k matches is not available for streaming once the events pass after 1 month also. I guess it is like news... basically close to 0% viewer are interested in watching yesterday news or yesterday live matches, people will just go for highlights...
So, yeah, you request is indeed unique compare to general consumers request.

In another word, I think it is like asking Astro to be the first in the World to provide such service and highly doubt Astro have that capability

Yup... Been using for about 8 months, I think.
Network reliability, I think, OK, almost no donwtime, but I rarely face any downtime issue previously when using provider from maxis or unify.
Just schedule the router to reset every week.

I use to have Asus Router but then after 4+ years, wifi6 is out and newer technology...so I try the free router provided and it performs better.... and can be control remotely through their astro kencang apps.... so then I decided to use the free router provided.
Yes, if you purchased router is 1 or 2 years old, then of course it can perform better than this free one... but as usual technology will replace old gadget rather quickly, if there is free one then I use it rather than buy new router lo.

Yeah... some times shit happens. encountered it when I'm with Unifi and also once when Maxis...Nobody know what is the the real cause.
Usually just reset, change different router, check with customer service, reset again, customer service, technician come, change router again... and after 1 to 2 weeks problem solve...
If one have been using streamyx and then all the way until now with fiber... one will at least experience these a few times already...

Yup, can do anytime after contract end. they will pro-rate the subscription or follow the billing cycle if there is no special request.

By the way, was inform to activate viu premium account...It is free for platinum package user... but just curious it is given to replace what other channel or subscription? (I assume Astro is not so good heart to give free things so there must be something that is taken off?)
