Disable Fingerprint Authentication in your Boost App, it should work.. I have encountered the same issue. Apparently if you have registered 3 FingerPrints into your Samsung phone , it will trigger this error.

You meant I should disabled the Fingerprint Authentication in Boost App setting?

You can try to disable and then add again in spay
if successful, then only you enable back the fingerprint to test that are you able to trigger boost in spay via fingerprint

Yay. Sorry, edited my comment. It works for me.

Removed fingerprint authentication from Boost App allows me to add Boost in Samsung Pay.

But when I tried to enable fingerprint authentication back in Boost App afterwards, it failed to do so even I had keyed in the correct PIN.

It is the same issue, more than 5 biometric authentication. That is why disable fingerprint in Boost app to make room for Samsung Pay.

It seems they keep only last 30 days transactions.

I need to change phone temporarily. The previous one has Boost + Boost in SPay.
When I changed to another phone (Redmi Note 5), I can install and use Boost.
But when I try to activate Boost in SPay in Galaxy Note 5, it said I've reached max devices.
Even after installing Boost in the GNote5, still give me error when I want to activate Boost in SPay.

Read somewhere here to disable fingerprint, and tried reactivate.
Got past the login screen, but failed again after OTP.

Currently I can switch between these 2 phones.
Last one is my Note 9 which I do a factory reset. Didn't log out from that phone.
But even if I try to login from that Note 9... still failed...

Raised a ticket to Boost since Sunday. Haven't received a reply yet.

next time before you switch phone, manually remove all cards/accounts from your spay first
if not, this will happen again and again

Note 9, no log out, reset installl again, mean new device

Today encounter weird thing on boost
After payment, boost still countdown
So i just press back, no notification at all on spay
And no reward point, but it show trans on history

My payment with Boost didn't get reward points too. But it is shown in transaction history.

Had this issue yesterday too using Boost. Today use no issue.

How do you guys use Samsung pay from home now? I dont think i can meet the 20x payment

i just tried and no points awarded as well. are those missing Samsung rewards point credited on the later time?

same for me, yesterday until today, total 3 boost payment but spay awarded points for 1 time only
plan to screenshoot the transaction history and report to spay on tomorrow
