I have giant and Starbucks vouchers expiring and of this month. Lol. Troublesome to go out during this MCO.

I got 4 set Starbucks expired on 31 march.. 2k points wasted

for those who holding starbucks set vouchers, you wont able to redeem them anymore as starbucks claimed spay over sold and it is fully redeemed.

they will ask u write to spay with certain details like screenshot ur voucher etc. :-) i m waiting for their reply on whats the compensation will be.

The first time i redeem this starbucks said no such offer then when i tembak them they told me offer expired i said voucher clearly stated until mid of march . He took photo and still give me the offer.

I don't think is oversold.
The problem is at Starbuck side, as I noticed they don't care are about the samsung redemption code.
Whenever, I ordered with my Samsung code, they will just directly input into their system as redeem Samsung drinks/foods without scanning or reading my code.
They sometimes even forgot to swipe my redemption code at my phone, until I asked them to swipe it as redeemed or swipe it myself.
You see, if I am not honest, I can repeat the redemption multiple times.

I m sharing just for whoever wish to get back certain compensation over the expiring starbucks vouchers by telling you what I have been gone through in case livechat CS asked.

Yea. I noticed they were not as strict as before. They didn't key in the codes. Some made sure I tapped redeemed, some didn't even bother. Not really surprising if they oversold if people reuse the vouchers.

yup, since day 1 when samsung started to provide the starbuck offer
almost all starbuck outlets are not aware of it and later simply perform the above steps or just not allow to redeem

Only cut certain app. Still hoping for Dex to redeem. I really want to use Dex.

So I talked to samsung chat and the Starbucks vouchers can't be redeemed during this MCO. So maybe they're not sold out, just that they can't be redeemed.

I also asked them about the expiring giant and starbucks vouchers and I was asked to email samsungpay with screenshots of the vouchers. I have 1 giant and 3 starbucks vouchers. They didn't even acknowledge about the giant vouchers so I guess they expect us to use by 31/03. For starbucks they have options of giant rm20 vouchers or mbo rm20 vouchers. No idea just 1 replacement for all 3 or 1 for each. I'm guessing just 1 for all 3.

with MCO, very difficult to upkeep status (eg 20 scans). I have asked Samsung Pay to consider waiving the qualification requirement for April, but not seeing any response from them
