for those who holding starbucks set vouchers, you wont able to redeem them anymore as starbucks claimed spay over sold and it is fully redeemed.
try this: talk to cs at livechat first -> http://livechat.support.samsung.com/Customer_new/MY they will ask u write to spay with certain details like screenshot ur voucher etc. :-) i m waiting for their reply on whats the compensation will be. |

Some made sure I tapped redeemed, some didn't even bother. Not really surprising if they oversold if people reuse the vouchers. So I talked to samsung chat and the Starbucks vouchers can't be redeemed during this MCO. So maybe they're not sold out, just that they can't be redeemed.
I also asked them about the expiring giant and starbucks vouchers and I was asked to email samsungpay with screenshots of the vouchers. I have 1 giant and 3 starbucks vouchers. They didn't even acknowledge about the giant vouchers so I guess they expect us to use by 31/03. For starbucks they have options of giant rm20 vouchers or mbo rm20 vouchers. No idea just 1 replacement for all 3 or 1 for each. I'm guessing just 1 for all 3. |

with MCO, very difficult to upkeep status (eg 20 scans). I have asked Samsung Pay to consider waiving the qualification requirement for April, but not seeing any response from them
