Anyone haa problem with SPay @ BHP pump terminal?
The one i just used immediately got Point.. but the one on the 1st June still hasnt got yet..
Should I report or just wait?

And i went to Caltex just now...
Plan to just paywave at the pump...
But the panel is a bit different from the previous one...
Normally before the Paywave panel's facing down.. but this machine got its large panel facing forward...
And there's a 'no-phone' sticker at the corner of the panel..
So... I assume u can't use SPay there?

Nope... 2 Caltex station nearby still use the facedown one.. same like BHP
This one first time I go...

And for the MasterCard. u mean.. it didn't record when u use at the terminal only.. or including cashier?
The one on 1st June, I use MasterCard.. .didn't register in SPay..
But this morning i use Visa (Debit).. straight away appear in SPay

I used SPay less this month due to puasa..
Left 9x for today...
Went around to tap...
Mcd terminal offline
Caltex reject transaction
A 99 cashier (I think she's new) didn't allow me to use phone
KFC say can't use SPay (I didn't notice 'Visa Paywave accepted' sign.. so I told them I want to pay with phone.. )
Very bad luck today... XD

Tried removing my card just to try to get the voucher...
But now can't add back XD

on monday stuck after the Maybank agreement (i'm adding Maybank's Debit Card)
A few times said "Registration failed. The card infromation is invalid. Try again."
So, Tuesday morning called Samsung, they say need to call bank to delete digital token.
Call Maybank and they proceed to delete the token and ask me to try again after 2 if they don't call (They did call, but I missed).
But now when add, SPay said something like maximum tries limit and need me to call the bank again..

HOURS already past XD
yesterday at 4 i called Maybank bank.. said wait for their call at 6 pm..
Or they'll try to call me whatsoever..
No calls from them..
I guess i need to call them back tomorrow morning

Mine 4 (or maybe 5.. not sure on the last one) txs not registered inside SPay...
I'll see if it update tomorrow or later..
If not... I'll probably email them..

Are there still others who got problem with SPay rewards not registered?

Seems like including today... 9 transactions are not rewarded...

I just recently removed all cards and reset the apps.
And then im having trouble re-adding back all cards xD
Took around 3 days before i can use back Spay with my card... After calls made to both Samsung Pay and Maybank...

I'm having 'Do Not Honour' transaction these past 2 days (at 2 terminals... McD and Giant).. apart from not rewarded for all transaction done...

Samsung recommends to delete the card and re-adding them back..

It seems like to solve the rewards problem but for some reason, now the card don't appear right in Samsung Pay ...

I don't get rewarded for transaction done between 13-20th July..
Emailed them.. and they need proofs
Luckily I kept receipts and slips for (other) claim purposes XD...



Anyway.. does anyone know why certain Petronas machine won't accept SPay?
It says "invalid card"..
It's only on one station so far...
I tried using SPay a few months back, and yesterday...
Same error...
It uses "INVENCO" terminal (non-NFC one)
Other Petronas that uses the same machine don't have problem..

I thought you need to press the panel first (Card Payment)
then you proceed use your caltex journey card or payment card?

It's been a while since I use SPay at Caltex...
Is mastercard + Caltex + SPay still give problem?
Mine doesn't register in SPay (Altho transactions when thru...)

CIMB Mastercard Prepaid btw...

I called CIMB CS last week too.. asking about CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Contactless limit..
She also said contactless service has been discontinued since THIS YEAR..
But both my card (first one and replacement) both support contactless payment..
And still works with SPay...

Tried once when they got the RM10 KFC voucher for RM1 (postage)...
Works with SPay

Yup.. now B infinite card can use MST already...
After the update, in the Loyalty Card list... there 'N' symbol for the B infinite card.. asking for PIN..
Then... the current point is displayed along the card...

I only started using spay feb this year...
Note 5 somemore...
Never went over 14k xD

Guys.... just curious

Do u guys still use SPay for paying even after achieving 50 trxs/months?
Or just for the sake of the rewards points?

Yeah.. I've also started using Boost for like a week or two..
Altho, I for now I still prefer Spay option coz it's faster (probably due to lack of fingerscan option for payment in Boost) and at times, it'll take a while for the code to appear.
I'll probably still do full 50 txs first in SPay before I start using Boos for the rest of the month...
