First time got Do Not Honour error on Citibank with such a low amount.

It was at Tesco.

not sure is Samsung Pay or Citibank issue, always get 'Do Not Honor' error at McD, yet try with physical card as do not carry along.

Based on my experience with PB Quantumn, I called PB Customer Service regarding the Do Not Honor' error. They said is paywave protection where they will limit the amount/transaction (they didnt disclose, maybe after accumulative paywave amount of RM250?) then u will get the error and you will not able to use paywave anymore until you use pin pay or you validate ur card with ATM.

Usually I will change another card in SPAY when got the error and after that I will go to ATM just to "check the balance" of the card then cancel. Viola the paywave works again.
Its kinda annoying but what to do?

PBB cards have restriction of tap counts up to 9. The 10th tap will fail and need to reset with PIN transaction.

Is it quite random Citi card using SPay to get the error, never over the limit and always using the physical card for petrol transaction.

Use maybank immediately problem solved. My failure rate is 2 out of 100 transaction

Only have AMEX for Maybank, Visa one cancelled, left debit

Normal, swipe mean MST.
Merchant copy and customer copy are different. Merchant copy will need to sign.
