its called Citi Pay with Points. If u had not use ur card to make any purchases, you wont be seeing it.

Are you first timer using this PWP from Citi? The mechanics is always the same, u make any purchase that is eligible for the PWP, then u can see the mechanics (refer this:Citi Pay with Points )

Normal, swipe mean MST.
Merchant copy and customer copy are different. Merchant copy will need to sign.

I think he mean MST. Magnetic transaction can not trigger PIN entry, thats credit card software limitation.
