I always refresh the samsung app. When i sae the counter 15 become 21 i know there should be alot of new things. Indeed it is then 5mins later u pm me.

Depends on timing too. Last redemption I was checking in the morning but nothing, and then got meeting until later in the evening. Then saw so many new replies from this thread. Lol. Luckily all items were still available. But this time I'll try not to redeem cause points now depleted quicker than I can collect them. Want to hoard for more options later.

Usually only one of the cashier counter have the reload machine.

Pro tip: if your credit card have cashback/benefits on grocery category, you get that too.

actually i was refreshing the app but the number[15] keeps show the same until u press into Promotions/Vouchers after i check the thread
