which project u bought? I also want to know if anyone having any issue with the house developed by SP Setia? especially in Semenyih area.

I just booked Heleena, loan approved already. but since SP said I can cancel anytime and full refund will be given, so now im comparing with eco forest project, Artisan.

No more Aeon..they cancel that what i heard. U can check all eco majestic video promo and official website. Aeon is no longer as their main tenant..I believe it becoz of covid..

you can read at eco majestic thread... i heard ecomajestic also scrap their planning to launch sportcenter...maybe they been hit by covid quite badly..not sure if it is official or not. i just read it for my info since beginning i planning to buy cheerywood...at current situation still not sure whether it is a good move or not. However i looking forwards for hermosa unit that will be launch in early Feb or Mar i guess...since it will be front face of the road than heleena

Read from hearsay is not reliable at all. Since you hv plan to buy, why not get the correct info & facts directly from developer?

this is individual title right? not the strata one. forgot to mention im referring to individual title residential.

Ecohill precinct 1 is gated but not guarded. There is security check point but not as highly guarded, hence cheaper management fee around rm100 I think. . Prescint 3 is gated and guarded and Managment fee around rm300 depending on your unit size as some are bungalow, semi d or terrace. All there's are individual title.

EM Managment fee is higher depending on unit size as well. They are strata title.
