Semenyih is S P Setia largest area of township?

Because Setia Alam Sari sales are doing good in comparison to SEH, SEH 2, and Setia Mayuri I think.

Not much new projects are being launched in SEH, SEH 2, and Setia Mayuri due to the slowdown of sales I think.

I think people prefer Setia Alam Sari due nearer to the Bangi area.

Additionally, residents in SEH 2 are still complaining about the bad air odor, especially after rainy times. This might be one of the factors for sales slowdown as people spread the word around.

Not sure whether the bad air odor got effect Eco Majestic, and the SEH area or not.

I own a property in SE2 but seldom have foul smell problem. Maybe due to orientation. I am not an agent and have no agenda.

For similar pricing and space, it's hard to find in PJ or KL area. I used to work in KL and agree that travel time is daunting. But since I am in my 40s, I reckon this area is decent once I am about to retire or work from home. Traffic jams and crowded area are not my thing.

Everyone will have different priority. Any additional amenities near here will be a bonus. For now, this township is good enough for my family with combination of peace, cheaper pricing, and freehold status.

I have the same sentiments as you. By any chance is your hometown south of Klang Valley?

Yes mate. We used to live near the city area etc. Daily grind, noise/traffic pollutions

Post Covid, started to appreciate greenery/nature and peaceful walks more...and Club 360 is fantastic

Wish Ecohill Mall has a cinema and more food selections. But on weekends, our family just need a nice cafe/kopitiam/restaurant to chill

In any case, IOI Resort Mall is just a 30min drive away, which is a great mall that serves all our needs..

Haha, i am in the same situation as you. Post covid, decided to move further away from the city with the noise, pollution, crowds, jams etc. But the difference is my hometown is north of klang valley so naturally decided to buy north of klang valley.
