Staying at Ecohill 1 so not sure about the smell in eh2. The air is as fresh as one can get in selangor state. So no complain.

My residential experience in Malaya peninsula only confined to Alam Damai in Cheras and Semenyih. So no complain about location of Ecohill. But if you are employed and work in K.L I guess it is a distance to travel daily. So cmco should be a good thing esp if u can wfh.

Oh. I also rented a place in Craddleton and stayed there for a year plus. No smelly issue there.

That's lucky, perhaps bad luck to other owners who smell those thing...if haven't, Hope wouldn't get worse and solved soon...

Stay here can test driving skills too while having nature smell

I am driving there daily even before my house completion.. I bring my corgi there for an evening walk daily, so far there is no smell though. Fresher air than the place that i am living now, it’s only 35 minutes apart (Taman Maluri).

They cater for different population. Big difference is the strata tittle. If you like rules and an unified community then Craddleton is good. All houses look the same and you can even hang your clothes outside of your garage. So everything looks magically and pretty and consistent. SEH1 horizon (also terrace houses) has less strict rule and you might see the houses a little... individualised and can look messier. Security concern both the same standard. Next point will be the overall wow effect. Craddleton and EM gives you the wow. SeH in general just normal excitement. But if this is your first house/landed houses it still give you the same excitement I hope. In terms of walking dogs and the gardens, defining SEH1 is far better with the oriental and many little pocket gardens. The other small diff is the community size, SEH1 is far more bigger than Craddleton. It’s mine Craddleton plus merrydale plus tenderfield or something like that. Not sure if it’s a good or bad thing. Also we can join the 360club which is a good plus point although it’s closed during cmco.

I rented a place in Craddleton and bought a house in seh, so my opinions might be biased to seh a little.

When to the park there a couple of times but also lucky didn’t smell anything. Some forumer said depends on the wind direction too.

I think u got a wrong guy..i alr stay here 2 years plus where i staying at mahkota hills. This is my first post in here btw. Looking forwards to move to ecomajestic or ecohill for easier highway access

Can anyone share with me the pros and cons between Setia Eco Hill, Setia Eco Hill 2, Eco Majestic and Eco Forest? Although the location of these 4 townships are less than 10km between each other, the price fluctuates a lot for similar size property.

it would be easier for you to ask specific question and see whats' people opinion. Better focus on your concern, eg developer, strata vs individual title, maintenance fee, neighbourhood, amenities, location, distance to hi way, security, landscaping???

The most important element to me will be nearby amenities and follow-up with maintenance fee.

By near I guess like driving less than 10 mins? Then EM or any units in Ecohill 1 are good. Eco forest, mayuri and Ecohill 2 still ok (maybe 15mins). The busiest “business Centre” will be taipan and it’s quite accessible from all direction. Aeon area might take time to build up by also within mins apart. If you want walking distance then maybe only the precinct 1 units in Ecohill 1. Eco forest and mayuri is near to midland mall and a private hospital and also a few shoplots there but not sure when that will pick up. Boustead project also quite big inside there so in future should be busy (maybe 5-10 years later who knows).

Maintenance wise, you get what you paid for and at the moment EM project looks really good because their are under JmB control and this tied with the strata act. Thus your futures maintenance fee also depends on your body cooperate. EH1 so far all individual title hence the landscape is really like “easy maintenance” type with little wow effect. So give and take.

I think Heleena is near public park (playground maybe). just before the round about. and also it has one private garden. not really private because you share with other residents but in same community (there are few terrace houses and apartment in there but using the same entrance/security).
