I think Heleena is near public park (playground maybe). just before the round about. and also it has one private garden. not really private because you share with other residents but in same community (there are few terrace houses and apartment in there but using the same entrance/security).

which project u bought? I also want to know if anyone having any issue with the house developed by SP Setia? especially in Semenyih area.

I just booked Heleena, loan approved already. but since SP said I can cancel anytime and full refund will be given, so now im comparing with eco forest project, Artisan.

how much you guys pay for security guard in EH 1 for double-storey terrace house? any average amount?

this is individual title right? not the strata one. forgot to mention im referring to individual title residential.

I saw last time. sedang2 la..not really grand like EC, but not really cokia also. but the guard there look similar..wearing uniform with unbutton the top button..showing the bulu dada style..
