The environment for the 2 projects you mentioned are good and peaceful just that the distance to KL is far. Depending if you can tolerate the distance, I would say its a good place for own stay in my opinion.

Living in the cities itself could be quite stressful if you had experienced it b4

Soon after this pandemic ppl start realizing the benefits staying at home & having a quality time is essential

Value for money means buyers able to make money from SEH?

Its landscape is comparable with strata though, and certain phases is with strata.

Many companies plan to extend work-from-home till end of the year and some even say that WFH would be the new normal. Soon more home buyers would not take the distance from their office (such as KL) as a deterrent.

That is very true whereby many MNC/GLCs are assessing it, however their HR would need to set up guidelines and governance on this, with provision of IT collaboration & unified communication tools

i am having the same thought as well. after this pandemic, i got the feeling that more and more people will be wfh instead or even may be 50/50. so the distance is not really an issue anymore. thumbsup.gif

Value for money? Hmm, i got the impression that all projects in semenyih are selling at jacked-up price. Some of them is quite expensive.

Ah, u mean EM and EF, but those are really nice places to stay.

I love EM a lot actually, but just that the price is relatively expensive.

Actually for areas with no port for StreamyX, Unifi, Maxis Fiber, Time Fibre or even wireless 4G, 4G LTE or even 5G wireless broadband coverage or have poor reception, you can use sattelite Internet from ISPs like Connectme.

Connectme offers 100Mbps sattelite Internet for only RM138 per month when I last checked. Their rates are quite affordable for what they are considering they are sattelite Internet. Even your Astro TV subscription will come to more than that. 100Mbps upload and 100Mbps download. Maybe their rates have gone down now. Just visit their official website on the Internet and you can find out and apply or sign up. They guareantee 100% full coverage anywhere in Malaysia and they will come and install no matter where your house or buissness is be it in the middle of nowhere like in the middle of the jungle, ocean, on top of a mountain, on a desert/jungle island some deep in remote area and still get coverage.

Hi, any owner here has moved in to KingsVille? What broadband service are you using? I called SPS customer service and was told that Unifi is not available there yet..

I know this Connect me internet, I know some people using it, staying in places with no port or usually in remote areas. Heard from them they're quite good. Just like Time Fiber 100Mbps, only more like Time Fiber coming from sattelite. There was an offer last time that you get 2 mesh wifi sattelite modems/routers which you can connect to your devices either through LAN port or wifi.
