btw one more question the 2 supplementary lines can be for any digi number/user yet to be removed or added anytime without restriction?

Yes I think so but u'll have to go to a Digi centre to do it and all lines has to be under your name.

All the supplementary lines will be registered under your name. If it belongs to other people, e.g. your wife/gf, they need to give consent before it can be registered under your package. This can only be done at Digi center.

also the person am gonna sup to, need to be with me during the procedure or can be done through calling at counter?

actually sharing this plan with my friend but hes not at my hometown anymore

Last time when I did the change, my wife was present together and she need to sign some form and photocopy of her ic. Not sure if it could be done without the presence of that person.

Person needs to be there with you unless the line has been transferred to your name prior.

Check status of the case ID in your MyDigi app..Mine quietly updated to Closed case and nothing been done and no receive any call from CA either on refund request

Anyone know why when I surf youtube using my digi 30 broadband, it deducts my internet quota and not stream free quota? hmm.gif
