Hi, just would like to check, my contract end on this month.

May I ask whether I can change plan to RM58 monthly now and effective 1st May or contract has to be ended then only can request change to RM58 ??

That monthly RM58 for postpaid Plan
*
Most likely Digi will ask you to wait until your contract has actually ended.

QUOTE(hjh87 @ Apr 20 2018, 09:45 AM)
Hi guy,

If I opt for auto-billing during the month of March. And this current month I have received the monthly bill on 18th April, may I know when will the auto payment start to commence? And will it start like immediately right after the bill is issued?
*
Too late for this bill but for the bill in May, but if I remember correctly, the 5% rebate will not kick in until the subsequent billing cycle.

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Apr 20 2018, 12:47 PM)
Speaking of auto billing, do I need to go to Digi center to register for auto billing?
*
Very likely. Definitely not over the phone. I'm not sure if Digi Store Express can also do this or if it's limited to just Digi Stores.

Best to check and confirm with Digi themselves at 016-2211800.

QUOTE(KannaSai1 @ Apr 24 2018, 06:19 PM)
And rm10 for 3gb per Month ?
*
QUOTE(watekeke @ Apr 24 2018, 08:51 PM)
Same question here. If got rm10 monthly 3gb, I go buy.
*
I don't know how exactly it happened but I've been offered the 3GB for RM10 for quite some time now. I assume everyone on Best Prepaid 2017 is offered this, but I'm not completely sure.

1st question : it seems, MUST include G-boost with 80plan.. exisiting 80 plan have 10gb weekday and 10gb weekend. then add rm10 for additional 10gb for weekday or weekend?
*
With GBoost, your weekend and weekday data are merged + 10GB = 30GB.

*
Maybe some users in your area are in a public holiday mood, downloading like crazy.

No problem for me in Penang on Digi. Only TuneTalk is congested.

I updated a Huawei Nova to Android 8.0 and now I can see the VoWiFi symbol.

If I switch off WiFi, the symbol changes to VoLTE.

I presume this will apply to all current Huawei/Honor phones so long as the firmware is updated to EMUI 8 (and Digi has enabled VoLTE for that particular account).

I want to enquire about voLTE calls using DIGI:

1. Can I use voLTE call to a normal house telekom landline or the other side must have voLTE capability before the call can be connected.

2. If I call a landline overseas using voLTE, is this call considered as internet call without charges (similar to whatsapp call) or is it considered as an overseas call with oversea rate charges
*
VoLTE is only between the caller and the telco network. The connection between the telco and the receiving party is irrelevant (it may or may not be VoLTE also).

No difference in call charges regardless of whether it's a VoLTE call or not. If you make an IDD call you will still be charged at the usual IDD rates.

If you want free IDD calls, try WhatsApp-to-WhatsApp or Skype-to-Skype calling.

On Sunday, my phone was in the house all day with aeroplane mode on but with WiFi on also.

The VoWiFi feature on my Huawei phone meant I could still make/receive calls/SMS without the cellular signal on. This has proved to be a great battery saver as I can leave the phone on WiFi-only mode.

Yes, but immediately after turning it on I switch on WiFi again.

Can you try turn off airplane mode and just let it simultaneously on cellular and wifi network? I have call drop quite often unless I use either one of them. Just want ppl here to test out if they do have same experience.
*
My phone is set to give WiFi calling priority, but it can be set to give cellular calling priority.

Seems to be working well enough if both cellular and WiFi are on. No dropped calls (but I make very few calls, more receiving).

The order of priority on my phone seems to be:
  1. VoWiFi
  2. VoLTE
  3. calls over 3G/2G
