guys... ask you all something ya... would like to MNP from Xpax prepaid to DiGi prepaid...

Currently my Xpax just expired but still active and only left 60sens... Will it go through as currently it had expired ? hmm.gif

If credit expired, consider inactive, cannot MNP.

Expired means it's inactive, in its grace period of 50(?) days.

After the grace period, it'll be terminated.

To MNP, your line has to be active during the process.

Just use existing credit to extend validity if that's possible?

just an update but it seems like huawei already has a fix for it, but you need to go to the designated service center (haven't tested it yet due to ph today biggrin.gif)

regarding their 250 family.line does it included with 4 supp in it?
or does i hv to paid for supp line as well?

For those who had MNP from Xpax before... usually, how long would it take ya ?
I did mine on 8th May... only yesterday I received the message to request to port out... I replied yes and now still on Celcom line...

Just wondering the average process time required as I know, so coincidence... it's also Public Holiday... sweat.gif

It will SMS you to change sim card once port out is success. Meanwhile you can call Celcom to find out the MNP status.

Which plan? some plan will have quota roll over and some not. Not all of the quota can be carry forward though.

Here is average around 10mb in Kuching.
