1. Can I transfer credit from prepaid to postpaid...?

2. If I transfer credit, how long is the validity of the credit for recipient...?

1) post to prepaid, prepaid to prepaid only. And only certain prepaid plans allowed to send and receive Credit Transfer.

2) the validity subjects to amount transferred.
RM3 or RM5 2days, RM15 5days, RM25 7days.
RM25 not available for postpaid sender.

Must question, if they open up the gate to outsider "service" that harm user means they are responsible to answer and reinstate.

I got it on my prepaid plan, Digi Best v4. It was gone for a while, but its back now, the offer. Might just try it out to see what's up.

in your digi app does not have such offer appear? need to update the app maybe?? I am not yet digi customer. I just tried the line (via tapp) in my area and the speed just wow. no wonder my brother only has good thing to say about digi
