lately digi cs been like...a lot unfriendly.

I once said a word "wtf" since digi cs refused to refund me due to their shady promo sms which came from digi itself, siap texts word as well as proof. Then the cs refused to chat with me saying me too rude and will not entertain. lol.. even tm's cs livechat/twitter still replies you and try to calm you down laugh.gif

I've said, I will forward to skmm, and digi cs was like, go ahead and file... which in the end I got my credits refunded anyway after lodged aduan skmm.

Recently got sms on my prepaid number about special offer digi.my/sp15, which will open the mydigi app and then the offer was 1GB (30 days) for free on first 2 subs then rm3/month onwards. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the T&Cs on this.


Anybody else tried or got more info on this? if the T&Cs isn't shitty, I might try.

Seems like the phone package is no longer popular looking at the posts... will it be because of the 2 years contracts locked period and cant capitalise on the trend on data keep getting cheaper?

i also received this sms, but my friend received another sms is better than this digi offer to my friend unlimited data with hotspot 3GB only RM38, is similiar to umobile latest plan(RM30), any member received this unlimited data offer ??
