some digi salesperson called my wife to sign a new package. she declined the offer because did not understand the offer (she is so terrified of offer via phone calls by telemarketers). we are considering to mnp to umobile gx50 when her contract with digi ends next month. it's not that we have bad experience with digi service, it's solely of cheaper charges by umobile.
how can i find the digi offer details? if it's digi 38 with unlimited calls, the answer would be yes.

You should ask details from the telemarketer.

Want to ask about prepaid reload validity.

Let's say I reloaded RM30 on T1. That should give me 30 days (T30) validity.

I reloaded another RM30 on T20, which one below is the new validity?
A) T30 + 30
B) T20 + 30

usually if they will tie u up for further 6 months if u ever accepted any special offer. otherwise if you didn't, complain mcmc.

They ask me dont reply the MNP confirmation first until their technician team check the poor coverage that I complained. Ask me give me 48hrs. I agree to give them 48hrs. But I never accept any offer from them. bruce.gif Btw, already complain to SKMM.

anyone use the family plan? do i understand correctly that I just need to pay total RM150 monthly for 60GB for 4 lines? and there is free 5GB for roaming every month?

Yes, RM150 for 3 lines. Free roaming only for main line. RM35 for each sub-lines.

RM 150 is only 3 lines includes yours. 60GB is shared across 3 lines and as principal you can allocate the quota for your family lines.
Yes, free Roam Like Home but only for principal.

Saw an internet pack Internet Gemilang on MyDigi app, unlimited data between 12am-12pm. Expires in 14 hours, I never subscribe to it.

Seems like some (all?) of the non-infinite postpaid accounts are getting it. Maybe it's a treat from Digi in conjunction with Merdeka month.
